Hi Friends, 

Mercury is still retrograde and has reentered Capricorn and goes direct Feb. 1^st, 2009 at 21 degrees of Capricorn.  Saturn is retrograde at 21 degrees of Virgo but quickly moves to 20 degrees.   Saturn and Uranus will be in opposition from Jan. 30^th to Feb. 11^th, 2009 but exact on Feb. 5^th.   Some patterns may arise that need to be redefined and /or changed.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and the new ones come in.  As this New Moon Eclipse slips into position you will notice that it is conjunct transiting Jupiter. This will be a powerful Solar Eclipse.  Jupiter conjunct the Sun and Moon, North node, Chiron and Neptune complete the planetary picture in Aquarius.  Aquarius is a fixed air sign and is ruled by Uranus, the planet of innovation, invention and the  unexpected.  New Moon Eclipses always bring in challenges and we are besieged by economic and national challenges.  This is a step in a new direction for all of us and with hope, hard work and honesty we will succeed.  I am writing this on Inauguration day and I am much moved by President Obama’s words.     In his speech he echoes the message of the New Moon Eclipse.  Rise up, take responsibility for yourself, and sacrifice for the future of our country so that our children and our children’s children will live a life of freedom and opportunity.  Wherever this Eclipse falls in your chart will be an awakening to what is ahead and will  tell us how to achieve our personal highest potential.  Jupiter will ensure this with expansion in this house.  There will be a journey from “what is” to “what is our personal goal.” The coming Full Moon Eclipse takes place in Leo at 20 degrees on Feb. 9^th 2009.

ARIES-(March 21-April 19)

The New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 11^th house of hopes, wishes and goals.  Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse injects optimism, innovation and expansion to your 11^th house.  There may be some challenges that you face at this time that fall under the auspices of the 11^th house.  You will not have to seek them out as you already are aware of them.  They may manifest in the physical but mental awareness is just as good.  There will be a Saturn Uranus opposition for you from the 12^th house of the past and behind the scenes activity to the 6^th house of everyday work and health.  Whatever leaves will help release you from the past and insure a new beginning in your 6^th house of everyday work or health.  Mercury goes direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 forging a new direction in your 10^th house of career.

TAURUS-(April 20-May 20)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 10^th house of career and standing in the community.  The addition of Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse expresses expansion and optimism in this area of your life.  Jupiter is also conjunct the Sun in Aquarius adding these qualities to the sign of Aquarius.   Your standing in the community and how the world sees you will be viewed in this next 6 months.  Expansion and innovation are keywords for this Eclipse.  There will be a challenge with this Eclipse but it may be more mental than physical.  There are plenty of challenges to go around so there will be no shortfall but optimism and inventiveness will serve you very well.  The Saturn Uranus opposition falls in your 11^th house of goals and opposes Saturn in the 5^th house of children and creativity and, least we not forget, love affairs.  There is a power that shakes your tree every so often and releases you from the shackles of the past.   This is one of those times.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and make room for some new ways that are a better expression of who you are today.  GEMINI-(May 21-June 20)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 9^th house of philosophy, legal matters, higher education, and foreign affairs.  The 9^th house is generally a mental house and with Aquarius ruling this house, you are not a person to be hemmed in on any level especially philosophically.  Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse adds expansion and movement to your already independent thoughts.  There is always a challenge in a New Moon Eclipse and it may have to do with someone or something at a distance or new educational goals. The most significant part of this Eclipse is the hope and excitement of the possibilities that lie ahead.  Saturn and Uranus are in opposition from your 10^th house of career to your 4^th house of home and core issues.  This is a release from the past whether you like it or not.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and you can make room for the new s that better express who you are today.  Mercury goes direct in your 8^th house of partnership resources and other people’s money ensuring a new direction.

CANCER-(June 21-July 22)

This New Moon Eclipse falls in your 8^th house of other people’s money and partnership finances, sex, death and taxes.  Jupiter in Aquarius conjunct the New Moon Eclipse asks us to examine this area of our lives with more optimism and expansion.  The challenge seems to come from money we get from others for work or other endeavors.   There are many challenges that confront us as a nation but this is strictly a personal challenge for you.   The challenge between the 8^th and the 2^nd house is usually settled by how much of yourself you will give for what you want in return.  The other area we need to look at is Uranus transiting your 9^th house of philosophy, legal matters, foreign affairs and education in opposition to Saturn in your 3^rd house of communication and community.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run that the old ways are left behind and you can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 7^th house of partnership formulating a new direction.

LEO-(July 23-August 22)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 7^th house of partnerships (business or personal.)  Jupiter is a major energy in this Eclipse as it signals expansion along with innovation and maybe just a bit of excitement thrown in.   There will be a challenge here, however;   it seems that hope and optimism are at the core of this Eclipse.   You will be dealing with partnerships and the general public.  There will be movement and attention that centers in this area of your life.  The Uranus transit in your 8^th house of other people’s money and partnership finances, sex, death and taxes are about to oppose transiting Saturn in your 2^nd house of personal finances.    This will be exact on Feb. 5^th, 2009.There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run as old patterns are left behind and you can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 6^th house of everyday work and health ensuring a more directed path.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 6^th house of everyday work and health. Like all New Moon Eclipses it arrives with a challenge that is important to accept and resolve.  This Eclipse has the added advantage of being conjunct Jupiter the planet of expansion.   The challenge will not disappear but it will be viewed with more optimism and inventiveness than would have happened in the past.  Every day work and health problems will be experienced and will be dealt with more hopefully and with an eye for innovation.  The Uranus in your 7^th house of partnerships in opposition to Saturn in your 1^st house of personality will potentially change your life with regards to relationships.  This aspect will ask you to let go of a particular pattern in dealing with partnerships and the public.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run and you can integrate new patterns in that area that will be a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 5^th house of creativity, love affairs and children insuring a new direction you want to fallow.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 5^th house of children, creativity, love affairs and investments.  The first thing to note is that this Eclipse trines your ascendant and all your Libra planets, plus Gemini in your 9^th house.  Lucky you!   The second thing to note is that Jupiter the planet of expansion is conjunct this Eclipse adding expansion and confidence to whatever challenges you tackle.   Aquarius comes to the table with innovation and creativeness.   This Eclipse will open up life and well as change your path.  Saturn transiting your 12^th house of the past and subconscious is being opposed by Uranus transiting your house of health.  This is all about changing patterns that are not working for you at this time in your life.  There can be an unexpected change in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run.  You are being asked to change and integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury is going direct in your 4^th house of home prophesizing order  and structure.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 4^th house of home and core issues.  Jupiter is conjunct this Eclipse adding expansion and movement to your 4^th house matters.  This is definitely a boon for you as you naturally love the idea of the bigger, the better.  There seems to be challenges in this area of your life and you will approach them with a different attitude and a sense of excitement.  There is a new sense of confidence that comes from this combination of Jupiter and the Sun.  Now, let’s look at the transiting Uranus in your 5^th house of children, creativity and love affairs in opposition to Saturn in your 11^th house of goals.  Some unexpected incident may arise in the area of the 5^th house that challenges you to change your goals in some way.  This is usually an old pattern that does not represent you anymore. This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 3^rd house of communication and community.  The 3^rd house takes into consideration your work place, brother(s) and sister(s), immediate environment, short distance trips and all communications.  Wow!  Now we are going to add Jupiter the planet of expansion and movement.  My immediate thought is that there is no down time for you.   This will increase communications across the board engaging you in community projects.  The best part is ideas will be rampant and innovative.  Next, we move to the transiting Uranus in your 4^th house of home and core issues and Saturn in your 10^th house of career.  There is a change in your home and core issues that affects the redefinition of the 10^th house.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run.   You now can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury is going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 2^nd house of personal finances producing a more productive plan.
