Hi Friends, 

Mercury is still retrograde and has reentered Capricorn and goes direct Feb. 1^st, 2009 at 21 degrees of Capricorn.  Saturn is retrograde at 21 degrees of Virgo but quickly moves to 20 degrees.   Saturn and Uranus will be in opposition from Jan. 30^th to Feb. 11^th, 2009 but exact on Feb. 5^th.   Some patterns may arise that need to be redefined and /or changed.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and the new ones come in.  As this New Moon Eclipse slips into position you will notice that it is conjunct transiting Jupiter. This will be a powerful Solar Eclipse.  Jupiter conjunct the Sun and Moon, North node, Chiron and Neptune complete the planetary picture in Aquarius.  Aquarius is a fixed air sign and is ruled by Uranus, the planet of innovation, invention and the  unexpected.  New Moon Eclipses always bring in challenges and we are besieged by economic and national challenges.  This is a step in a new direction for all of us and with hope, hard work and honesty we will succeed.  I am writing this on Inauguration day and I am much moved by President Obama’s words.     In his speech he echoes the message of the New Moon Eclipse.  Rise up, take responsibility for yourself, and sacrifice for the future of our country so that our children and our children’s children will live a life of freedom and opportunity.  Wherever this Eclipse falls in your chart will be an awakening to what is ahead and will  tell us how to achieve our personal highest potential.  Jupiter will ensure this with expansion in this house.  There will be a journey from “what is” to “what is our personal goal.” The coming Full Moon Eclipse takes place in Leo at 20 degrees on Feb. 9^th 2009.

ARIES-(March 21-April 19)

The New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 11^th house of hopes, wishes and goals.  Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse injects optimism, innovation and expansion to your 11^th house.  There may be some challenges that you face at this time that fall under the auspices of the 11^th house.  You will not have to seek them out as you already are aware of them.  They may manifest in the physical but mental awareness is just as good.  There will be a Saturn Uranus opposition for you from the 12^th house of the past and behind the scenes activity to the 6^th house of everyday work and health.  Whatever leaves will help release you from the past and insure a new beginning in your 6^th house of everyday work or health.  Mercury goes direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 forging a new direction in your 10^th house of career.

TAURUS-(April 20-May 20)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 10^th house of career and standing in the community.  The addition of Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse expresses expansion and optimism in this area of your life.  Jupiter is also conjunct the Sun in Aquarius adding these qualities to the sign of Aquarius.   Your standing in the community and how the world sees you will be viewed in this next 6 months.  Expansion and innovation are keywords for this Eclipse.  There will be a challenge with this Eclipse but it may be more mental than physical.  There are plenty of challenges to go around so there will be no shortfall but optimism and inventiveness will serve you very well.  The Saturn Uranus opposition falls in your 11^th house of goals and opposes Saturn in the 5^th house of children and creativity and, least we not forget, love affairs.  There is a power that shakes your tree every so often and releases you from the shackles of the past.   This is one of those times.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and make room for some new ways that are a better expression of who you are today. This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 9^th house of philosophy, legal matters, higher education, and foreign affairs.  The 9^th house is generally a mental house and with Aquarius ruling this house, you are not a person to be hemmed in on any level especially philosophically.  Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse adds expansion and movement to your already independent thoughts.  There is always a challenge in a New Moon Eclipse and it may have to do with someone or something at a distance or new educational goals. The most significant part of this Eclipse is the hope and excitement of the possibilities that lie ahead.  Saturn and Uranus are in opposition from your 10^th house of career to your 4^th house of home and core issues.  This is a release from the past whether you like it or not.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you that the old ways leave and you can make room for the new s that better express who you are today.  Mercury goes direct in your 8^th house of partnership resources and other people’s money ensuring a new direction.

CANCER-(June 21-July 22)

This New Moon Eclipse falls in your 8^th house of other people’s money and partnership finances, sex, death and taxes.  Jupiter in Aquarius conjunct the New Moon Eclipse asks us to examine this area of our lives with more optimism and expansion.  The challenge seems to come from money we get from others for work or other endeavors.   There are many challenges that confront us as a nation but this is strictly a personal challenge for you.   The challenge between the 8^th and the 2^nd house is usually settled by how much of yourself you will give for what you want in return.  The other area we need to look at is Uranus transiting your 9^th house of philosophy, legal matters, foreign affairs and education in opposition to Saturn in your 3^rd house of communication and community.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run that the old ways are left behind and you can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 7^th house of partnership formulating a new direction.

LEO-(July 23-August 22)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 7^th house of partnerships (business or personal.)  Jupiter is a major energy in this Eclipse as it signals expansion along with innovation and maybe just a bit of excitement thrown in.   There will be a challenge here, however;   it seems that hope and optimism are at the core of this Eclipse.   You will be dealing with partnerships and the general public.  There will be movement and attention that centers in this area of your life.  The Uranus transit in your 8^th house of other people’s money and partnership finances, sex, death and taxes are about to oppose transiting Saturn in your 2^nd house of personal finances.    This will be exact on Feb. 5^th, 2009.There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run as old patterns are left behind and you can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 6^th house of everyday work and health ensuring a more directed path.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 6^th house of everyday work and health. Like all New Moon Eclipses it arrives with a challenge that is important to accept and resolve.  This Eclipse has the added advantage of being conjunct Jupiter the planet of expansion.   The challenge will not disappear but it will be viewed with more optimism and inventiveness than would have happened in the past.  Every day work and health problems will be experienced and will be dealt with more hopefully and with an eye for innovation.  The Uranus in your 7^th house of partnerships in opposition to Saturn in your 1^st house of personality will potentially change your life with regards to relationships.  This aspect will ask you to let go of a particular pattern in dealing with partnerships and the public.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run and you can integrate new patterns in that area that will be a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury will be going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 5^th house of creativity, love affairs and children insuring a new direction you want to fallow.

LIBRA-(September 23-October 22)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 5^th house of children, creativity, love affairs and investments.  The first thing to note is that this Eclipse trines your ascendant and all your Libra planets, plus Gemini in your 9^th house.  Lucky you!   The second thing to note is that Jupiter the planet of expansion is conjunct this Eclipse adding expansion and confidence to whatever challenges you tackle.   Aquarius comes to the table with innovation and creativeness.   This Eclipse will open up life and well as change your path.  Saturn transiting your 12^th house of the past and subconscious is being opposed by Uranus transiting your house of health.  This is all about changing patterns that are not working for you at this time in your life.  There can be an unexpected change in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run.  You are being asked to change and integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury is going direct in your 4^th house of home prophesizing order  and structure.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 4^th house of home and core issues.  Jupiter is conjunct this Eclipse adding expansion and movement to your 4^th house matters.  This is definitely a boon for you as you naturally love the idea of the bigger, the better.  There seems to be challenges in this area of your life and you will approach them with a different attitude and a sense of excitement.  There is a new sense of confidence that comes from this combination of Jupiter and the Sun.  Now, let’s look at the transiting Uranus in your 5^th house of children, creativity and love affairs in opposition to Saturn in your 11^th house of goals.  Some unexpected incident may arise in the area of the 5^th house that challenges you to change your goals in some way.  This is usually an old pattern that does not represent you anymore. This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 3^rd house of communication and community.  The 3^rd house takes into consideration your work place, brother(s) and sister(s), immediate environment, short distance trips and all communications.  Wow!  Now we are going to add Jupiter the planet of expansion and movement.  My immediate thought is that there is no down time for you.   This will increase communications across the board engaging you in community projects.  The best part is ideas will be rampant and innovative.  Next, we move to the transiting Uranus in your 4^th house of home and core issues and Saturn in your 10^th house of career.  There is a change in your home and core issues that affects the redefinition of the 10^th house.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run.   You now can integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury is going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 2^nd house of personal finances producing a more productive plan.

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 2^nd house of personal finances and values indicating that challenges in this area of your life are eminent.  The exciting part of this whole thing will be Jupiter is conjunct the Sun in this Eclipse.  Aquarius the constellation of innovation, inventiveness and independence combined with Jupiter’s love of expansion and movement makes this New Moon Eclipse quite remarkable.   The challenges in this area have to do with your basic values.  Fear will be replaced with optismism and inventiveness -   Jupiter’s gift to you.   The transiting Uranus is in your 3^rd house of communications and community which brings in unexpected communications that will affect your transiting Saturn in the 9^th house of legal matters, philosophy, higher education and foreign affairs. There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run. This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 1^st house of personality.  The most exciting part of this Eclipse is the Jupiter conjunct the Sun.  This combination brings with it independence, innovation, inventiveness and Jupiter’s passion for expansion and optimism.  The danger is that Jupiter may expand your waistband.  If you have any desire to network or move forward on anything you will be guided by excitement and expansion.  Jupiter in the 1^st house can also be travel.   Let’s take a look at the transiting Uranus in your 2^nd house of personal finances in opposition to Saturn transiting your 8^th house of partnership finances and other people’s money.   This all happens on Feb. 5^th, 2009.  If you look to the 8^th house there will be a pattern that is up for change.  There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run. You will be able to integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.  Mercury is going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 in your 12^th house promising the revamping of your direction.

PISCES-(February 20-March 20)

This New Moon Eclipse takes place in your 12^th house of the past and behind the scenes activity.  If you have any secrets or plans you don’t want revealed, you are in for the bright light of clarity and exposure.  This Eclipse has Jupiter conjunct the Sun which will shine a spotlight on anything you have lurking behind the scenes or in the crevices of your life.  There are many more instances that this Eclipse can apply to that have to do with the 12^th house.  On Feb. 5^th, 2009 Uranus in your 1^st house of personality is in opposition to Saturn in the 7^th house of partnerships (business or personal.)  You have been feeling a little hemmed in of late because of new aspects of your personality emerging.  You may find yourself impatient with friends and lovers or with the general public. You personality is changing and the way you deal with partnerships and the general public is coming to an end under this aspect. There can be an unexpected loss in terms of this area of your life.  This may not be easy and it may be happening to you and not by you.  Either way it will be better for you in the long run.  You can now integrate new patterns that are a better expression of who you are today.   Mercury is going direct on Feb. 1^st, 2009 from your 11^th house of goals changing the direction of your goals and imbuing them with structure.

Happy New Year to all 

The New Year has arrived and if January is a sample of what’s coming, hold on to your pants.  Mercury will be turning retrograde on 1/11/2009 and will not go direct until 2/2/2009. In the process it re-enters Capricorn.  Whenever Mercury changes signs during a retrograde, it brings with it a change in mind.  Also on 1/11/2009 there is the Full Moon at 21 degrees of Cancer.  We are heading into a New Moon Eclipse on 1/26/2009.  You are more than likely starting to see the tension building in some area of your life.  And now for the piece de resistance…There will be a Saturn Uranus opposition in the works from 1/30/2009 to 2/11/2009 and exact on 2/5/2009.  Out with the old and in with the new.  Try to keep this in mind as these period progresses.  Whatever leaves needs to go; whatever new (even if uncomfortable) enters, hang on for the ride.  This is happening with Uranus at 20 degrees direct in Pisces and Saturn at 20 degrees retrograde in Virgo.  Where they land in your chart will be where the action is. 

Venus will be entering Pisces and romance will fill the air.  Mars is currently in Capricorn pushing for dominance in whatever house it is in. Jupiter makes its leap into Aquarius on 1/5/2009 changing the vibration to mental pursuits rather than activating plans.  Pluto is now firmly entrenched in Capricorn challenging us to re-vamp any situation that has crumpled under scrutiny and building new structures from the bottom up. I’d say we are in for quite a month.  If you have noticed, Mars conjunct Pluto produced a lot of anger, violence and war.  Let’s hope the Mercury retrograde slows it up.  As we move forward to 1/26/2009, there is a New Moon Eclipse at 6 degrees of Aquarius.  New Moon Eclipses often come in with a challenge.  This will be no different except there will be a transiting Jupiter conjunct this Eclipse.  Jupiter so close to the Eclipse point takes a very active role in the delineation.  Imagine that wherever the Eclipse falls in your chart what kind of effect would there be if you threw Jupiter in the mix? Look to the house that is ruled by Jupiter, which is Sagittarius. That house will be involved in this Eclipse as well as the idea of expansion.  We will have more on this in the next installment.

ARIES-(March 21-April 19)

This Full Moon takes place in your 4^th house of home and core issues bringing some changes into your home.  There have been a lot of upsets in career objectives with Mars in your 10^th house of career. Jupiter will be entering Aquarius, your 11^th house of goals, opening new vistas.   Venus in Pisces is in your 12^th house of the past and close to a conjunction to Uranus bringing in the unexpected on the 24^th but disappointment on the 25^th.  Uranus and Saturn will be in opposition from the Jan. 30^th to Feb. 11^th, 2009 and exact on Feb. 5^th, 2009.

TAURUS-(April 20-May 20)

This Full Moon takes place in your 3^rd house of communications and community.  You will notice that there are changes in your community, where you work and/or live.   These changes have an unexpected and exciting opportunity attached to the Full Moon.  This promises your goals will be at the top of your priority list. The volatility of this Mars Pluto conjunction has the ability to produce some anxiety over matters at a distance.  The Full Moon taking place in your 3^rd house may also involve family members.  Jupiter takes a position in your 10^th house of career promising expansion and more opportunity.  Transiting Saturn in your 5^th house of children, creativity, and love affairs is going to oppose Uranus in your 11^th house of goals on 2/5/2009.  This aspect is never easy but what it accomplishes for you is what you desperately need.  Let go of old patterns that revolve around matters of the 5^th and restructure your needs.

GEMINI-(May 21-June 20)

This Full Moon takes place in your 2^nd house of love and money.   You were born with the ability to do more than one thing at a time and your current financial situations will require all of your dexterity.  The great thing about this Full Moon is the trine to Uranus from the 2^nd house to the 10^th, indicating financial rewards or recognition from career. The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 8^th house of other people’s money or partnership funds bringing finances to the forefront of your life. Jupiter has entered Aquarius releasing its bounty in your 9^th house of philosophy, legal matters, foreign affairs and higher education.   Any and all of these matters will receive Jupiter’s beneficial rays.   Saturn and Uranus are in opposition from Jan. 30^th, 2009 until Feb. 11^th, 2009 and exact on Feb. 5^th.   New beginnings are around the corner.  

CANCER-(June 21-July 22)

This Full Moon falls in your 1^st house of personality and how the world sees you.  There were some upsets with partnerships this last month.  The Pluto Mars conjunction has taken place in your 7^th house of partnerships placing a spotlight here for all to see.  Partnership issues are about to be transformed by Pluto.   This will take some time.  It will not happen overnight so find your peace in this area.   Jupiter has entered Aquarius, your 8^th house of partnership finances.  Partnership funds and other people’s money are on the increase.  This Full Moon trines Uranus in the 9^th house of higher education, philosophy, legal matters and foreign affairs causing you to unexpectedly take action on a sudden opportunity.  Saturn opposition Uranus is in effect from Jan.30^th, 2009 to Feb. 11^th, 2009 and exact on Feb. 5^th, 2009.  Remember: this is out with the old and in with the new.

LEO-(July 23-August 22)

This Full Moon takes place in your 12^th house of the past, subconscious and institutions.  You are concerned with reclaiming your spirit.  Most of the actions you are involved with are taking place behind-the-scenes.  This will benefit you financially. Jupiter has entered your 7^th house and is expanding your horizons with partnerships either, business or personal.  The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 6^th house of everyday work and/or health.  Some of these issues will be around for awhile. Saturn opposition Uranus takes place in your 2^nd and 8^th houses.  These houses have a lot to do with values, money and, possibly, death of a situation.   Keep your eyes open and your ears perked up as a Full Moon Eclipse is on the horizon for you in Feb.

VIRGO-(August 23-September 22)

This Full Moon takes place in your 11^th house of hopes, wishes and goals.  You will find that this Full Moon trines Uranus in the 7^th house promising partnership opportunity.  It all happens unexpectedly. Pretty exciting, Virgo.  Saturn transiting your 1^st house and in opposition to your Uranus in the 7^th does not really spell harmony for partnerships.   You may be looking for someone to comfort you in your current situation or you could resolve to work on partnership issues.  Jupiter enters your 6^th house of everyday work and health promising expansion in both areas.  The Mars Pluto conjunction took place in your 5^th house of children, creativity and love affairs.  This area will be a hot potato for some time. 

LIBRA-(September 23-October 22)

This Full Moon takes place in your 10^th house of career and standing in the community.  Changes taking place in your career are putting a lot of impact on your home and living arrangements.  These changes may be unexpected but definitely in a positive way.   You may feel a bit insecure about situations that take place at home. Pluto has just entered your 4^th house promising that things will be disruptive on the home front.  There will be a transformation here and it will go on for awhile.  Jupiter has just entered the 5^th house of children, love affairs and creativity allowing this area of your life to blossom.  The Saturn transit takes place in your 12^th of the past in opposition to Uranus in your 6^th house of every day work and health.  Look for the release of old patterns and habits and the taking on of new and improved healthy alternatives.

SCORPIO-(October 24-November 22)

This Full Moon takes place in your 9^th house of philosophy, higher education, legal matters and foreign affairs.  Changes in this area offer new opportunities that take place unexpectedly either on a vacation or in dealing with children.  Jupiter has just entered Aquarius, your 4^th house of home and core issues.  This promises to expand your home or moving to larger quarters.   You will also be more open to releasing the restrictions you may have put on some of your core issues and broadening them to include more opportunity for growth.   The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 3^rd house of communications and community making communications an important area in your life.  Saturn transiting your 11^th house of goals in opposition to Uranus transiting your 5^th house of children, love affairs and creativity will be exact on Feb. 5^th, 2009.  New goals in relation to 5^th house matters need to be written for the future.

SAGITTARIUS-(November 22-December 21)

This Full Moon takes place in your 8^th house of sex, death, taxes and partnership funds.  This may change the way you pay your bills or how your bills are paid.  This does provide a benefit in terms of your home and core issues where unexpected opportunities will develop.  Jupiter has entered Aquarius, your 3^rd house of communications and community promising more expansion in these areas.  If you are looking to increase your communications, this is the perfect year to accomplish this.  The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 2^nd house of values and love.  This promises to be very important in the coming month as your values will be disrupted and affect your finances.  Saturn transiting the 10^th house of career and in opposition to transiting Uranus in the 4^th house indicates a major set back in career issues.  Look deeper into the issues and you will find that stagnation and boredom are not something you can tolerate.

CAPRICORN-(December 22-January 19)

This Full Moon takes place in your 7^th house of partnerships promoting changes in dealing with business or personal partnerships.  This does offer opportunities in communications and/or with your community that are quite unexpected but, also, exciting.  Partnerships issues change but in the best way.  Jupiter has entered Aquarius, your 2^nd house of finances, suggesting that this year there will be expansion in your values that always translates into more money and more love. The Mars Pluto conjunction took place in your 1^st house of personality and how others see you.  I imagine that this last two weeks have put you in action.  Be careful.   Don’t loose your focus as you will be running at top speed.   Transiting Saturn in your 9^th house of philosophy, higher education, legal matters and foreign affairs will be opposing transiting Uranus in your 3^rd house of communications and community on Feb. 5^th, 2009.  This is not an easy aspect but it will eliminate old 9^th house attitudes and allow new and exciting ones to form.

AQUARIUS-(January 20-February 19)

This Full Moon takes place in your 6^th house of everyday work and health. Issues of this house have come to some resolution and changes are needed in this area.  The changes are unexpected; however, they manifest beneficially.  Jupiter has recently entered your 1^st house and will broaden your horizons.  Just be careful that it doesn’t broaden your waistline or butt.  Travel is always a good way to use Jupiter in the 1^st house.  The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 12^th house of behind-the -scenes activities.   I am sure that there have been some upsets for you having to do with the past and, possibly, being impatient.  This continues during this month. Saturn in your 8^th house of partnership resources, sex, death and taxes is being redefined as we speak.  Transiting Uranus will be in opposition to Saturn on 2/5/2009 demanding that you let go of your old structures and build a new structure that will connect with the you of today. 

PISCES-(February 20-March 20)

This Full Moon takes place in your 5^th house of children, creativity and love affairs, advocating changes that must take place.  Some of these changes come to you very unexpectedly and are for the most part exciting and emotionally pleasing.  Venus in your 1^st house brings out the coy romantic in you.  The Mars Pluto conjunction has taken place in your 11^th house of goals and upsets here have marred your ambition but only for awhile.  Jupiter in Aquarius has entered your 12^th house of the past and behind-the-scenes activities promoting openness and a last minute savior.   You will not be able to keep any secrets during this transit. Forewarned is forearmed.  Saturn has been transiting your 7^th house of partnerships. This has not been easy as the whole reason Saturn is here is to redefine partnerships for you.  You may find that you are unable to continue with a partnership because of feeling oppressed or growing apart.  Uranus in Pisces in the 1^st house is demanding more freedom on a daily basis.  They become exact on 2/5/2009.  Oppositions are only won by compromise.
