Full Moon Eclipse August 16, 2008 at 24 degrees of Aquarius 

Hello, Fellow Star Gazers… 

This Full Moon takes place at 24 degrees of Aquarius.  The current resident of 22^nd degrees of Aquarius is Neptune. Neptune is the ruler of this Full Moon Eclipse. We all know that Neptune is the master of illusion and delusion. There is an air of confusion and not knowing the answer to simple questions that pertain to coming events and aspirations.

 I can honestly say that all Leos born on August 15^th, 16^th and 17^th have been under the Neptune opposition Sun aspect for some time. This is also true for Scorpios, whose birthdays are November 10^th, 11^th, 12^th, and 13^th and are experiencing a square aspect to Neptune and the Sun. Taurus natives that are born on May 8^th, 9^th, 10^th, 11^th and 12^th are experiencing the same Neptune square the Sun. We must not forget Aquarius, where Neptune has been making a conjunction.  The birthdays involved in this square are February 7^th, 8^th, 9^th and 10^th.   This Full Moon Eclipse is smack dab conjunct that Neptune in Aquarius and adds a bit of   ” What does this mean?” and ” I have no idea what the results will be.”  Try to remember this while experiencing the Full Moon Eclipse.  This Full Moon Eclipse is “Fixed Air” and will find you dealing with unknown facts while still trying to retain your current attitude. There will be intellectual changes you will be facing.  You may have to change your attitude or change the way you were dealing with certain problems.  You may have to accept information that changes your goals. The area of your life that will be affected depends on the house the eclipse occupies.  Don’t forget, Full Moon Eclipses are much more powerful than a simple Full Moon.

 

The Eclipse is a cycle that usually lasts 6 months, but, with any luck, when the Full Moon squares the Full Moon Eclipse, a turning point is reached. This should take place in November..  Make sure that you are using your natal rising sign for my forecasts.     

 

ARIES-(March 21-April 19)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 11^th house of goals conjunct Neptune.  Sometimes you find that what you think, you may have been led to think, and now the reality starts to set in.  In some matters we tend to believe what we want to believe instead of the truth.  Neptune will play this game with us, especially, when it comes to intangible things like our goals, hopes and wishes. This can be a rude awaking or a further step into fantasies that may never be realized.  If you are wise, you will look within for the truth is there and always has been.  Neptune the ruler of this Eclipse rules the 12^th house of the past.  This opens more possibilities in understanding the Eclipse. Saturn is currently transiting your 6^th house of work and health promoting new structures to improve your life.
 

TAURUS-(April 20-May 20)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 10^th house of career conjunct Neptune.  This Full Moon Eclipse is considered “Fixed Air” and deals with changes in thoughts and attitudes. This may not be as easy as it sounds because fixed has the connotation of being stubborn.  Career matters and changes in how you appear to the public may be more positive in your mind than in reality.  Choose your course carefully and scrutinize your path so that you are being true to yourself.  Neptune is the ruler of your 11^th house of goals and can be instrumental in understanding this Eclipse.  Saturn is currently transiting your 5^th house and redefining your creative processes.
 

GEMINI-(May 21-June 20)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 9^th house.  Interestingly enough, ” Fixed Air ” is consistent with the inability to see or accept other views as possible realities and trying to continue as if nothing has changed.  The 9^th house deals with higher education, legal matters, philosophy, and foreign affairs. You are forced to look at things with a deeper perspective.  The reality may not be what you want to think about but it won’t go away.  Neptune rules the 10^th house of career in your chart and has a lot of influence in this Eclipse. Saturn in your 4^th house has been redefining your home and core issues promising that you will be re-evaluating anything new that wants to take root as a new structure in your life.

 

CANCER-(June 21-July 22) 

The Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 8^th house of partnership resources, other peoples money, sex, death and taxes. Quite a mouthful, I agree.  The conjunction to Neptune in this Eclipse suggests that what you are trying not to think about can actually be possible.  You may think that partnership finances are going to be acceptable or you may want to think that certain things will go the way you want; however, you must be careful that you do not excluding the possibility of other alternatives.  Think again, it’s time to take the blinders off your heart and mind and adjust to the reality. Neptune rules your 9^th house of philosophy, higher education, legal matters and foreign affairs and does have an influence in this Eclipse. Saturn has been transiting your 3^rd house redefining your communications and community.

 

LEO-(July 23-August 22)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 7^th house of partnership and the public.  The changes that take place here are not as clear as you would like to believe.  A lot of you are wearing a lovely set of rose colored glasses.  Remember the old saying, “If you have doubts, don’t do it!” If you have no doubts, get real and look a little closer.  This is not about doing or not doing; it’s about fully accepting reality and other possibilities.  This is not your strong point. Neptune is the ruler of your 8^th house and partnership finances may show up as a concern during this Eclipse cycle. Saturn is continuing to transit your 2^nd house of love and money redefining as it goes. 

 

VIRGO-(August 23-September 22)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 6^th house of work and health.  The changes that take place here are relevant to your everyday life.  You may be exaggerating some aspect in your work or health area.  Of course, the opposite can also be true.  Try to find the reality of the situation and move from that standpoint.  If that’s not possible, know that you will soon be face-to-face with reality. Neptune is the ruler of your 7^th house of partnership and general public and has a lot of involvement in this Eclipse.  Saturn in your 1^st house has been redefining your personality and appearance.  I bet you have lost a few pounds and look great.

 

LIBRA-(September 23-October 22)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes pace in your 5^th house of children and creativity.  In many ways the 5^th house can handle the illusion of Neptune that it encounters.  The imagination is very active in this house and has a sense of independence when thinking in terms of children, love affairs and creativity.  Delusion is never easy to accept but, even in the 5^th house it doesn’t seem as critical. Love affairs can change direction. Neptune rules your 6^th house of work and everyday health and seems to have influence in this Eclipse. Saturn transiting your 12^th house is redefining the past and preparing you for the future.  

 

SCORPIO-(October 24-November 22)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 4^th house of home and core issues.  The changes that take place now seem to have an air of celebration connected to them.  This is your home, where you live, literally and figuratively.  What happens here manifests on a core level also.  There are aspects that form a trine to your Sun and are actively changing your reality for the better.  Information that comes in now is preparing you for the future. Neptune is the ruler of your 5^th house of children and creativity and matters of this house can also be involved in the Eclipse. Saturn is transiting your 11^th house of goals and redefining them.

 

 

SAGITTARIUS-(November 22-December 21)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 3^rd house of communication, community, brothers and sisters.  This is a change in communications where you are faced with different choices. In some respects you can consider this celebratory and on the other hand all you are hearing can just be hype.  The reality is somewhere in the middle.  Neptune is the ruler of your 4^th house of home and core issues and has influence in this Eclipse.  Saturn is transiting your 10^th house of career and standing in the community.  You are redefining your career options as I write.  Try to stay on an even keel; it won’t be easy but still try.  

 

CAPRICORN-(December 22-January 19)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 2^nd house of love and money.  There are changes in your personal finances or in your love life.  You are probably wondering what direction to go yet no answers come to mind.  You want the most you can get yet that seems to be too much to ask. Stop trying to overcome a situation that you are bound to avoid anyway. This will be an expansive time for you and going forward will be easy.  Just be sure to read the fine print.  Neptune is the ruler of your 3^rd house of communication, community and brothers and sisters.  These matters can very well have influence in this Eclipse.  Saturn is transiting the 9^th house redefining your philosophy and other beliefs.  

 

AQUARIUS-(January 20-February 19)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 1^st house conjunct transiting Neptune.  At this point in time I am pretty sure that you don’t know your name.  This Eclipse in the 1^st house of personality is forcing you to make changes and get a grip on what you have to do to secure what you want in the future.  Times right now can be challenging, but remember, it’s no over till the fat lady sings. Neptune is the ruler of your 2^nd house of personal finances and love.  See if this helps in defining the Eclipse for you. Saturn is transiting the 6^th house of work and everyday health. A great time for diets.   

PISCES-(February 20-March 20)

This Full Moon Eclipse takes place in your 12^th house of the past, secrets and hidden matters.  You may find that Neptune is in the 12^th conjunct the Full Moon Eclipse but it rules the 1^st.  This is all about you and how you appear to the world.  Are you who you say you are or will scrutiny unveil an unseemly character?
